We will see several significant auto debuts and unveilings from Maruti, Hyundai, Mahindra, Citroen, and Audi in the upcoming weeks of July. On July 12 and 13, respectively, the new Hyundai Tucson and the Audi A8 L car are expected to go on sale. On July 21, Mahindra will release the prices for the new Scorpio N automatic models. On July 20, two significant vehicles will be introduced: the Citroen C3 premium hatchback and the mid-size SUV from Maruti Suzuki. The Tata Punch will compete against the latter, while the former will be positioned against the Hyundai Creta. Here is a brief overview of the new Citroen hatchback and Maruti SUV.
On July 20, 2022, the next Maruti SUV, reported to be named the Vitara, will make its formal appearance. However, its costs won’t be made public until August or September. It would be the first Maruti Suzuki vehicle to use a powerful hybrid drivetrain.
The SUV and the new Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder will share a base, features, components, and engine. The Maruti Vitara will sport a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a panoramic sunroof, leather seats, a digital instrument panel, a Head-Up Display, a 360-degree camera, and ventilated front seats, and leather steering wheels, among other things.
The new Citroen premium hatchback will be available in two specification levels: Live and Feel. Customers will choose between a 1.2L normally aspirated petrol engine (82PS with 115Nm) and a 1.2L turbo petrol engine (110PS with 190Nm). Its mileage ratings will be 19.4 kpl for the turbocharged gasoline engine and 19.8 kpl for the naturally aspirated petrol car.
With the Citroen C3, the automaker will provide a variety of car accessories and customization possibilities. The top-tier Feel trim will be the only one to offer features including a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless smartphone connectivity, steering-mounted controls, a 4-speaker audio system, two rear fast chargers, and a front USB charger.
